Terms of service

Last updated 27 October 2026

These terms cover your use of Tallyrank (tallyrank.app and console.tallyrank.app). By using it, you agree to them. Questions: hello@tallyrank.app.

What Tallyrank does

Tallyrank is an SEO agent. It reads your site's public pages and, if you connect them, your Search Console and other data; researches searches and competitors; plans, writes and checks content; and writes tasks that you or your coding agent apply to your site. Tallyrank never changes your code itself.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for what happens in your workspace. Add only sites you own or are authorised to manage, and prove ownership when asked.

Acceptable use

Don't use Tallyrank to harm others, to crawl or analyse sites you don't control as if they were yours, to break the law, or to overload or attack the service.

Your content

Your site's data and what Tallyrank produces for you, including posts and tasks, are yours to use. You're responsible for what you publish: read what goes on your site, or set posts to wait for your approval in Settings.

No guaranteed results

Search engines decide rankings. Tallyrank works to improve them and measures what changes, but doesn't guarantee any position, traffic or revenue. AI-written content and suggestions can contain mistakes.

Fees

Tallyrank is free during early access. If that changes, we'll tell you in advance and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

Third-party services

Connections to Google, Cloudflare, payment providers and others are governed by those services' own terms.

Ending

You can remove your sites or ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

Tallyrank is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, traffic or data, arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; if a change matters, we'll say so in the console before it takes effect.
